Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DetailingAI ("the Service"), operated by Exclsive Detailing ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DetailingAI provides an AI voice receptionist and related tools (quoting, booking, CRM, and optional integrations) for car detailing businesses. Features and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by us. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.

3. Billing

• Plans start at $150/month and include a monthly call allowance; additional calls can be added from your dashboard.
• Custom packages and integrations are quoted separately.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use & calling compliance

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass, defraud, or break the law. Because the Service can place and handle phone calls, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable telemarketing, robocall, call-recording, and consent laws (including Canada's CASL and, where relevant, the U.S. TCPA). You must have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact the people your agent calls. You will not use the Service to contact numbers on do-not-call lists without permission.

5. Your data

You own the business data, contacts, and call records you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (including processing through our subprocessors). Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (such as Vapi, Google, OpenAI, and Deepgram). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and your use of connected services is also subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing bookings and important communications. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
